Are your caretaking agreement’s duties vague and unclear, or missing items, or contain addition duties not relevant to the building? This is very common, the problem is, you could run into disputes or not be able to hand the dispute appropriately due to the badly worded document.
We suggest a specific duties schedule is created looking at all facilities and areas of the building and tailoring it for YOUR BUILDING!
The caretaking agreements are often drafted in the design stage of a building where there are many unknown factors. Facilities may have been added, even after construction, and/orover a period of time regulations may have changed in relation to maintenance aspects of the building.
We will provide a NEW schedule of duties for a caretaking agreement which outlines duties which are:
– Daily
– Weekly
– Monthly
– 3 Monthly
– 6 Monthly
– Annual
We include definitions and photographs to explain in detail. We highly recommend looking at the schedule of duties before any performance matters or remuneration assessments are done.
