Part 5 - Maintenance Report.

Our Maintenance Report and Maintenance Schedule is a detailed inspection of your premises to establish a comprehensive listing of maintenance issues.

In accordance with the Act, should there be no committee of owners, then the following is required:

  • Maintenance Report Section 169, Body Corporate and Community Management(Standard Module) Regulation 2008

  • Part 5 Maintenance Report Section 62 Subsection 1, Body Corporate and Community Module) Management (Standard Regulations 2008

Our inspectors will carry out a thorough inspection of the common property areas of your buildings and group the maintenance issues discovered into two groups – Minor Issues and more serious issues that need to be looked at or taken care of by a fully qualified professional.

Each report contains full colour photos of highlighted maintenance issues, repairs and maintenance summary schedule and a rating as to the priority of the issues raised.

The rating of maintenance issues will allow for you to simply prioritise works that need to be done and the full color photos will allow your owners to see the nature and extent of these issues – leaving all parties with a clear and straight forward process to protect their investment.
