Training Visit - One Off
Onsite visit with the new caretaker to go through all the building elements which relate to the caretaking agreement.
Review all areas including essential infrastructure, scheduled maintenance requirements, basic workplace requirements, record keeping, contractor induction, the caretaker’s onsite availability, and communications methods.
Identify the current state of the property and which areas need attention.
Provide sample forms
Provide sample Building Manager’s report.
Provide a site visit report to the body corporate
