Asbestos Report.
- Survey Preparation: Review of building plans and available historical information. Site inspection to identify areas of concern and potential asbestos-containing materials. Determination of sampling methodology and preparation of sample collection protocols.
- Sampling and Analysis: Collection of one sample (if required) using appropriate sampling techniques. Transport of samples to an accredited laboratory for analysis. Confirmation of asbestos presence or absence using polarized light microscopy (PLM).
- Reporting: Preparation of a detailed report outlining the results of the survey. Identification of all asbestos-containing materials found during the survey. Recommendations for management and/or removal of asbestos-containing materials.
- Quality Assurance: Adherence to industry standards and best practices. Verification of sample analysis results.
- Conclusion: Summary of the survey findings. Recommendations for ongoing management and monitoring of asbestos in the building Acknowledgment of any limitations or uncertainties in the survey results.
- Appendices: Building plans and historical information reviewed during the survey. Detailed results of sample analysis. Photographs of asbestos-containing materials and other relevant building features.
- Includes common property and internal inspection of x 1 unit.
