Do you need a new schedule of lot entitlements for a new development?
A lot entitlement report provides a comprehensive cost analysis on how the entitlements should be apportioned based on a range of factors which we will determine from our site visit and review of the documentation. We will investigate the schedule of contribution entitlements using the principles described in the BCCM Act and determine what is appropriate.
Our analysis can be relied upon and used as expert witness if the matter is to be escalated to QCAT for adjudication.
Furthermore, we believe in getting the lot entitlements right from the beginning – so we can provide a schedule of lot entitlements to developers for new developments so they have peace of mind that the future body corporate will not have any disputes on how their lot entitlements were originally calculated!
