About
Tyrin worked in strata management consulting as a Specialist Consultant/Quantity Surveyor for over 18 years. Most of his career has been related to compliance fields of cost planning and management rights, with part of his working career in strata management, asset management and development consulting.
Tyrin acts as an expert witness for QCAT (QLD) in relation to matters of management rights and bodies corporate. He has specialist skills in the creation and management of large volumetric subdivisions for mixed use buildings, integrated resort style developments with the use of a building management statement (BMS), including apportionment of shared costs.
He brings an array of knowledge directly from Australia, and experience internationally from large projects in the Middle East, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Oman etc.
Advice can be given from a full spectrum of project types and sectors, namely, high rise towers, townhouse developments, commercial, industrial, land sub-divisions, layered and staged developments.

Lenka is our newest Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) and Fire Safety Adviser, bringing a strong background in safety management, compliance, and risk mitigation. Driven by a genuine passion for supporting bodies corporate, Lenka excels at guiding committees and managers through the complexities of WHS and fire safety obligations. She prides herself on making compliance clear, achievable, and stress-free, ensuring organisations feel supported at every step.
Tim Freeman
Civil Engineer – RPEQ 26574 Pr Eng B.Sc (Civil Eng) MIEAust CPEng NER
Tim has experience as a civil and a structural engineer covering a wide area of practice such as design, consulting, supervision. He is a registered Engineer of Queensland RPEQ No 2657. He became a life member of the Society of Professional Engineers in 2000. Some of the entities that he has provided services for include: – City of Gold Coast, John Holland Construction, Hutchinsons, Road Tec, Veolia Water, Suncorp Insurance and classic holidays.
Fin Hayhurst
Senior Advisor – Building Forensics
Fin brings 30 years of experience in the building industry and is our senior advisor for all aspects of commercial and domestic buildings. He was a director of Hayhurst Construction Pty Ltd where he undertook various types of building consultancy including estimating/cost planning and project management for a wide variety of residential projects, retail shopping centers, hospitality, and education sector.
He is also a specialist in forensic engineering and has worked as a senior structural building inspector for one of the largest engineering companies on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane. His strengths are undertaking investigative defect reports to provide advice on remedial processes and rectifications. Over a long period of time with a proven track record, Fin, is known for his reputation in the industry being based on honesty and highest integrity.
